Peace in the fresh air Balconies are of course only in homes that are at least on the first floor. Their purpose and potential uses are of course dependent on the area occupied by them and the nature of walls or balcony railings from the exterior of the building. Balconies can also be embedded in the same flat surface of the expense of one of the rooms, or located outside the building. The most common way of trimming the balcony is to organize it in a small garden. Pots may be on or placed underneath. Often, the balconies are used as additional space for drying clothes and bedding. If the balcony is sufficiently large, it can be in the summer to organize a barbecue for example. For smaller heights also sometimes used to communicate with people standing under it - for example, with another tenant, who forgot to take home with an umbrella or documents, or to passers-by with water on Monday.
